The Valens Company Inc (CVE:VLNS) (OTCQX:VLNCF) (FRA:7LV) announced Tuesday it has received an amendment to its existing Health Canada standard processing licence to allow operations to commence at its second manufacturing and processing facility in Kelowna, British Columbia (K2 Facility). Through this licence amendment, Valens said it has significantly increased its production capacity and capabilities, further solidifying its position as one of the largest third-party manufacturers and distributors of premium cannabis derivative products in Canada. O3 Mining Inc (CVE:OIII) has reported encouraging drill assays from its Marban project, part of the Malartic property, in Val-d'Or, Québec, which have potentially shown a high-grade satellite deposit. Assays come from seven holes, which were sunk down-plunge at the Gold Hawk zone, and were part of the firm's 150,000-metre (m) drill program. Highlight results from Gold Hawk included 383.4 grams per ton (g/t) gold over 2.0m in one hole, including an intercept of 1,510 g/t of the yellow metal over 0.5m. GlobeX Data Ltd (OTCQB:SWISF)(CSE:SWIS), the cyber security and privacy solutions provider, said on Tuesday that it has achieved the technical integration of SekurMessenger, its encrypted messaging and file transfer application with Telcel, telecom heavyweight América Móvil SAB’s (NYSE:AMX) Mexico mobile division. On October 13, GlobeX had revealed that América Móvil, Latin America’s biggest wireless operator by subscribers, would integrate Sekur's encrypted messaging application. “The next step for GlobeX is to complete onboarding integration and perform minor graphical adjustments in order to complete full integration of SekurMessenger with Telcel for sales to start in Mexico,” said the company. Telcel will kick off sales by the first quarter of 2021. Silvercorp Metals Inc (TSE:SVM) (NYSEAMERICAN:SVM) announced on Tuesday that its TLP, LME, LMW and HPG mines in the Ying mining district, in Henan, and GC mine in the Guangdong province, have been certified as green mines in China. The Canadian mining company producing silver, lead and zinc metals in concentrates from mines in China said the coveted green mine designation is awarded to mines that “minimize adverse impacts on the environment” and adopt scientific design and measures to ensure sustainable development from mine development to closure. Mind Medicine (MindMed) Inc (NEO:MMED) (OTCQB:MMEDF) (FRA:MMQ), a psychedelic medicine company, is establishing a digital medicine division known as Albert, the company announced Tuesday. The new division will work to develop and build an integrated technical platform and comprehensive toolset aimed at delivering psychedelic inspired medicines and experiential therapies combined with digital therapeutics, the company said. MindMed is currently recruiting a team of technologists, therapists and clinical drug development experts. Great Bear Resources Ltd (CVE:GBR) (OTCQX:GTBAF) has reported additional drill results from the company’s $21 million exploration program at its 100% owned Dixie Project in the Red Lake district of Ontario. The highlights included 101.50 metres (m) at 4.69 grams per tonne (g/t) gold and 5.25m of 41.25 g/t gold at the LP Fault. Great Bear Resources noted that it is using the same model-driven drill process that is being repeated on more than 80 individual drill sections across more than four kilometres of the central LP Fault zone, adding that all holes to date have intersected gold mineralization. Arcadia Biosciences Inc (NASDAQ:RKDA) (FRA:17DN) has signed a distribution agreement with Canadian hemp seed company Tritium 3H Inc (T3H) to distribute its GoodHemp seed varieties and genetics in the country.
